Directions From San Francisco
1. Take the I-580 East/Downtown Oakland (CA-24) exit towards Hayward Stockton (Go 45.2 Miles)
2. Continue onto I-205 East towards Stockton/Tracy (Go 13.5 Miles)
3. Take The I-5 North Exit. Merge onto I-5 North (Go 12.4 miles)
4. Take the downtown Stockton/Fresno Ave exit. Continue onto CA-4 East Ramp. Merge onto CA-4 East (Go 2.5 Miles)
5. Take the CA-99 South/CA-26 West Ramp Exit towards Fresno. Merge onto CA-4 East/CA-26 West/CA-99 South. Continue on CA-4 East/CA-99 South. Take the Farmington Road Rd./CA-4 exit (follow signs to Angels Camp about 40 Miles)
6. Turn Right on CA-4/CA-49. This leads into Angels Camp. Go through town past the movie theater, which will be on the right. There will be "Y" in the road. Take a left at the "Y". take a right on CA-4 (In about 4 Miles)
7. Turn right on "Parrots Ferry Rd." (go 1.1 Miles)
8. Take a left at the sign Reading "9 miles to Stanislauss Power Plant"(the sign may be hard to see so check your odometer) Go all the way down the canyon 8 miles to the Bridge.
9. Cross the Bridge and go 1/2 a mile to the first and only right (be sure to watch your odometer)
10.Turn right on this dirt road marked 3N03. (go 4.5 miles and drive slowly on this road.)
11. Take the first left driveway after the second cattle guard and continue to the gate!

Hatha Yoga Summer Breathe Workshop
Join Cristiana Bobarnac ( Shantiluv Cricri) in a traditional hatha yoga immersion. The 1.5 hour workshop covers repeated sun salutation practice, asana sequences, introduction to headstand, pranayama and ease into seated meditation techniques. Remembering we are in a party setting, our hearts filled with joy and playfulness, we learn to relax our bodies and minds and be more in a state of mindfulness, use the breath to be in the present, become more open and receptive to change within and more connected with ourselves and everything.
Tentative schedule: Aug 12th at 10 am, 12 pm and 4 pm.
